Reservation Policies
50% deposit is requested to confirm reservation.
Reservations are made on a first reserved, first confirmed basis.
Refund except for US$100 reservation fee, on cancellation up to 60 days before arrival.
Balance due 7 days before arrival.
No refunds for no shows, shortened stays after arrival or for late arrivals.
Personal check sent via regular mail or bank deposit directly to Security Federal Savings; add $10 to deposit for transfer fee. Sorry amigos, no credit cards.
For weekend and after 7 pm arrivals. please pay Maria for “after hours” wait, a propina or tip of $15 USD or $200 pesos on arrival.
