Kitchenette with stovetop, toaster, coffeemaker, bath with shower, double bed loft sleeping.  Perfect lighting (track plus flourescent) for night work, 3 large work tables, stands for paints, easel plus open space for painting large and built-in storage for artwork and supplies.   Kitchen utensils, linens and towels provided (laundry service yours), maid service half day per week, quiet treelined, inside parking.
